The 28th Annual General Meeting of the Lichfield and Hatherton Canals Restoration Trust Ltd. was held at the Park View Centre, Brownhills on the 8th of June.
About 60 people attended. Display material was on show, as well sales of merchandise. After the formal business, and tea & biscuits, Ivor Caplan, National Chairman of the Inland Waterways Association, and a member of the Trust, gave a talk on the role of the IWA in protecting and restoring our canals and rivers.
Christine Howles, Dora Hancock, John Bryan and Jeff March were re-elected as Directors of the Trust.
