L & H will be attending the following events and welcome offers of help from members and supporters of the Trust.
We have other opportunities to promote the work of L&HCRT during the year but to do this we do need more volunteers for our Support Team.
If you feel that you can help in any way, even if it is just a couple of hours we would love to hear from you.
No experience necessary - there's always someone there to help with queries from interested members of the public

| The Birmingham Canal Navigations Society is pleased to announce that its main Summer event next year will be held on the northern section of the Birmingham Canal Navigations. (BCN). The Festival is supported by the Inland Waterways Association, Lichfield and Birmingham Black Country & Worcestershire Branches, Longwood Boat Club and the Lichfield & Hatherton Canals Restoration Trust. Boaters will have the opportunity to join a BCN Explorer Cruise on their way to the Festival.
| The Festival will include stalls, entertainment, displays and refreshments for the public as well as being a gathering of boats from all over the country. Entry for the public will be free.
