A BLACK BOTTOM and PAINTED STERN !
STREETHAY WHARF, LICHFIELD
have again kindly donated a free boat "make-under"(?) worth about £350.

The winner will be drawn on 1st November 2003, but can take until 1st May 2005 to have the work done at Streethay Wharf on the Coventry Canal at Lichfield.

To test subject knowledge, Newsletter No.1 included a specially set Canal Cross-word. To commemorate ten years of CBW publication, that same puzzle is re-produced below as a Competition - no cheating please if you have No.1!

Closing date for this competition was 31st May 2003 but it is included here for interest. The answers and winners name are in the next issue.
